FAQ'S and Shipping Policies

What are your soaps made with?

All of our soaps are made with Coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil, and sunflower oil. Our shampoo bars are made with coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil and caster oil. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 1-4 days of your purchase. They all come with tracking numbers so you can see where they are after they have been shipped.

Are you going to restock my favorite scent?

I don't keep the same scents in stock constantly because I get bored making the same bar over and over again. If I'm sold out of a scent that you love, let me know and I might remake it soon. If you really love the bar and don't want to wait for me to potentially restock it, then check out our custom order page. 

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately I do not take returns. Because soap is a personal product and I don't wrap my bars in plastic, there is no way for me to guarantee that the soap was unused and I wouldn't be able to resell it. If your soap arrives damaged, send me a picture of the broken bars and I will refund your order immediately.

How long will the soap last and how should I store it?

A properly cared for bar of soap can last at least a month and shampoo bars can last two months. To give your bar the longest life, place it on a soap dish out of the water or try one of our soap pouches. If you are using a soap as a decoration or to make a room smell nice, try to keep it away from high humidity areas. A perfect place to store it is in a bathroom without a shower or a shower that rarely gets used. Handmade soaps will sweat in humidity and may not look as nice if they are in a bathroom with a shower that gets used everyday.
